Bridge Replacment

OK folks. Most of you have replaced, ....want to replace...., or bought an Akkerman with a replacement bridge. I have finally found Akkii replacement bridge nirvana! This one works perfectly. Believe me, I have tried them all. Five at last count. Yes 5! This one from Pigtail Music is the best by far. Not only is this a well made bridge. It's also the most aesthetically pleasing....and made from lightweight aluminum. Most important...it sounds better than the rest ...in my opinion. If you use this bridge with Tone Pros posts you should be in good shape! However, you will have to pull the original bushings out of the guitar. They are metric and will not work with the Tone Pros threads. It's pretty easy to pull the bushings, but see a guitar tech if your are not sure about how this is done.....don't force anything! Leave the claw crowbar in the garage! You will need to order the "metric" version of the Tone Pro posts. It's a tight fit, but works fantastic!  You can get them from StewMac. Replace and intonate!
